Forest. Yeah!

I just came back from Sekinchan this afternoon. Hmm.... I enjoyed the 6 days 5 nights there. Hehe. I dunno how la to describe. But, I am glad that I went there. Undeniable, it was super tiring. =p
We reached Sekinchan on Wednesday afternoon. Then we started our work -- unload stuff, cleaning up the school hall n etc. Basically everyday ~ we worked the whole day la. Thursday and Friday morning ~ basketball competition and education fair and book fair. Hehe, I helped out with the Edu fair and basketball competition. Basketball was fun. They are memang very hebat in sports. Terror man!
And the 3 days 2 nights camp from Friday night til Sunday afternoon was the highlight of the community service in Sekinchan(at least for me la). I was one of the small group leaders. Hehe, I love my group members!! 9 girls and 3 boys. Most of them are within the age of 13-17. Young and energetic. They are very good. Really. I had a lot of fun with them. Yupz, pray that they can have a good start in their lives. Aha, you know what, most of them are taller than me. I feel short, again. Hahaha... =)
I thought it's going to super tough to lead a group of secondary students, furthermore this is my first time. And I was in-charge of speaking about F6 and some education thingy in one the sessions during the camp. I tell you, I am that kind of person who will get super worried and scared to talk in front of so many new faces. It's just me la. I started to get into that condition in the middle of the exam period. I was like, "O gosh.. die die die.. what am I going to do??"
Aha, I actually got very stressed. I really prayed hard that I will open my heart and let God work thru' me in Sekinchan, that He will lead me thru. And He did! Yupz, and I really wanna thank all of you who have encouraged me and prayed for me. Hehe, and to all my fellow workers in the Sekinchan community service ~ thank you so much~! My expectations in this trip are met -- To have a good relationship my group members. To learn from different people. To let God work in us and thru' us.
Hmm, what kept me going in the 6 days 5 nights of work and with little sleep?
The Joy fo the LORD is my strength.
