TimeOut!!!

It was the most cekap Saturday..

Finally.. really finally.. I got to have time for myself to sit down for a few hours to think, to reflect.. to ponder.. to write..

I spent a day in an apartment at Bukit Tinggi. Perhaps.. that was my one day 'Fortress of Solitude'.. crap la..

I really enjoyed the time of being alone.. sitting in front of the swimming pool, watching people swimming under the hot sun.. crazy..

People.. (hmm, still have to face a few crazy fellows who were oso in this Timeout retreat, and 3 crazy FES workers.)

What have I been doing over the past few months? Serving God? Or simply being busy? I have to constantly remind myself a lot of things, so that I won't lose focus..

Almost burned out.. worn-out.. bad thing is I dun really know that I'm KO-ing, I just keep on going, going and going. The time spent at Bukit Tinggi has actually helped me to see a clearer picture of what I am experiencing now.

Last PKV meeting, Rev. Steven spoke on Servanthood. The message was like a ??, erm, a dart? a double edged sword? a spear? a bullet shot? Haih.. whatever la.. I just want to say that the message really hit me 'gau gau'..

Something I desire. Something which is not natural to mankind. A heart of servant..

With all the busyness, going for all kinds of meetings, I am kinda fearful that I would end up asking "who are you, Lord?" (Acts 9:5).

Your actions prove that you are committed to God or to yourself? Do you know the answer? Think deeper before you answer.

I think itz wise to stop and think about the things that I am doing, why I am doing it.
