Yesterday, today, n tomorrow

Yesterday is already a dream
And tomorrow is only a vision.
But today well lived
Makes every yesterday a dream of happiness
And every tomorrow a vision of hope.

I saw a picture with the words above hanging in ISM - Institut Sains Matematik, while I was waiting for calculus 2 tutorial class. It has been there but all this while I never bother to walk there and have a look.

A question came to my mind -- am I living 'today' in the manner worthy of God?

Life is short.. the things that are happening to me and the people around me.. made me even more aware of this fact that life is short..

How to make the most out of my life?
The answer is not found in things on earth..
The answer is not found in man..

The answer is only found in Him.. His purpose for us is that we would become more like Christ.. That's why we are always faced with difficulties, troubles.. pains.. sufferings.. God uses all these to shape n mould us into the person He intended us to be. These things actually help us to know Him more..

"Know Him more thru' pains n sufferings", kinda ironic, right? But that's how things work la. God is God, man is man.. His infiniteness versus man's finiteness. You already knew who is the loser even before the fight starts. The mysterious work of God is beyond our human understanding...


Hmm..

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today n forever... This is the cekap truth which we can be very certain of..
